Crushed from locally grown northern spy, in a traditional hydraulic mill, this wine was fermented in neutral barrique and aged for 24 months prior to be bottled and tucked away to rest. And, nearly 20 years later, you will be amazed what this wine holds. Intense citrus, and green herbal aromas, this wine is bright and fresh, dripping with wet rock aromas, and peppery spice. The palate is bracing and fresh. This is a truly special beverage.
