Bright, lively, intense and fresh aromatics leap from the glass. White peach, lime leaf, green and yellow apple mingle with white blossoms, bees wax, smoke and stoney minerality. On the palate, the wine is fresh, zippy and electric, with crisp mouthwatering acidity and a fresh, bone-dry finish.
Christopher’s Notebook: Hailing from two fantastic riesling vineyards, White Springs and Sixteen Falls, this wine really shows the push and pull of these two terroirs. White Springs, which makes up the majority is a limestone dominated parcel, that produces salty, savory, electric wines, while Sixteen Falls loam driven style produces fruit and lushness.
